Noteworthy: In 1991, during the first Gulf War, a “shelter” in the Al-Amiriya district of Baghdad was bombed by two laser-guided “smart bombs”. In this cruel attack by the US Air Force, 403 Iraqi civilians were killed, 142 of whom were children under ten years of age. The United States government has never taken full responsibility for the bombing. This occurred on the night of “February 13^th” 1991.
